Market completes a perfect week after gaining double digit points today; eight companies hit the positive circuit

After gaining double digit points today, the market gets a prefect week, gaining on all trading days. The NEPSE Index closed for the week at 1172.64 points after gaining 0.96% or 11.17 points today. The turnover amount stood at Rs.76.40 Crore achieved through trade of 2,102,061 units of shares traded through 10,146 transactions trading scrips of 168 listed companies in the process.
Promoter shares of Swabalamban Laghubitta (SWBBLP) dominated the trade today with turnover of Rs.8.28 Crore achieved through trade of 188,729 units of shares. The LTP of the scrip stood at Rs.439 per share.
Eight companies hit the positive circuit today out of which six companies were from the non-life insurance sector. Everest Insurance (EIC) was the top gainer after gaining 10% or 25 points, closing at Rs.275 per share. Gurans Laghubitta (GLBSL) was today’s top loser as it lost 4.77% or 23 points and closed at Rs.459 per share.
Sensitive Index gained 0.41 points and closed at 255.60 points while Float Index gained 0.84 points and closed at 87.23 points.
Trading, Hotels, Manufacturing, Others and Microfinance were among losing sub-indices while the rest of the sub-indices ended in the green zone after gaining points.
