Market further shreds 1.44 points, falling to 1138.02 points; Salt Trading Corporation hits the positive circuit

The market today lost 0.13% or 1.44 points and closed at 1138.02 points. The turnover amount stood at Rs.20.62 Crore achieved through trade of 750,033 units of shares traded through 3,986 transaction trading scrips of 160 listed companies in the process.

Prabhu Bank (PRVU) continues to dominate the trade with turnover of Rs.4.36 Core achieved through trade of 164,151 units of shares. The LTP of the stock stands at Rs.266 per share.

Salt Trading Corporation (STC) hit the positive circuit as it gained 9.88% or 65 points and closed at Rs.723 per share. Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank (MLBL) was today’s top loser as it lost 4.28% or 8 points and closed at Rs.187 per share.

Sensitive Index lost .41 points and closed at 249.71 points while Float Index lost 0.10 points and closed at 84.41 points.

Trading, Microfinance, Life Insurance and Mutual Funds were among gaining sub-indices today while the rest of the sub-indices ended in the red zone after losing points.
