Market gains 4.28 points to close at 1324.26 points; Shivam Cements posts massive turnover worth Rs.13.66 Crore

The market reached 1330 points at its highest today, closing with gain of 0.32% or 4.28 points. The benchmark index closed at 1324.26 points. The turnover amount stood at Rs.93.20 Crore achieved through trade of 2,360,584 units of shares traded through 10,979 transactions, trading scrips of 175 listed companies in the process.

Shivam Cements Limited (SHIVM) dominated the trade with massive turnover of Rs.13.66 Crore achieved through trade of 251,062 units of shares. The LTP of the stock stood at Rs.544 per share after gaining 4.21% or 22 points today.

Civil Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (CLBSL) was today’s top gainer as it gained 8.10% or 81 points to close at Rs.1081 per share. Convertible Preference Shares of Everest Bank Limited (EBLCP) was today’s top loser after losing 7.36% or 45 points, closing at Rs.566 per share.

Sensitive Index gained 0.57 points and closed at 281.62 points while Float Index gained 0.30 points and closed at 93.91 points.

Hydropower, Finance, Life Insurance and Mutual Funds were among losing sub-indices while the rest of the sub-indices ended in the green zone after gaining points today.
