Market gains minimal points to close at 1140.26 points; Global IME Laghubitta hits the positive circuit

The market today reached a low of 1136 points but closed to gain 0.09% or 0.97 points. The benchmark index closed at 1140.26 points. The turnover stood at Rs.19.18 Crore achieved through trade of 759,712 units of shares traded through 4,098 transactions trading scrips of 163 listed companies in the process.

Nabil Bank (NABIL) posted the highest turnover at Rs.1.98 Crore with LTP at Rs.768 per share. Prabhu Bank (PRVU) stood ahead in terms of volume with trade of 60,353 units of shares. The LTP stood at Rs.268 per share.

Global IME Laghubitta (GILB) hit the positive circuit as it gained 9.93% or 75 points and closed at Rs.830 per share. Joshi Hydropower (JOSHI) was today’s top loser as it lost 4.83% or 3 points and closed at Rs.59 per share.

Sensitive Index gained 0.04 points and closed at 250.51 points while Float Index gained 0.10 points and closed at 84.55 points.

Banking, Development Banks, Finance and Others were among losing sub-indices while rest of the sub-indices ended in the green zone after gaining points.
