Matribhumi Laghubitta Sanstha Limited Hosts National Conference

Matribhumi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MATRI) held a national conference in Rupandehi on the Bhadra 30th and 31st of 2081 to discuss the organization's long-term vision. The two-day event was attended by top officials, including the chairman, directors, and branch managers from across 236 branches.

Inaugurated by Mr. Lok Raj Sharma, the conference focused on MATRI's growth post-merger, which has made it one of Nepal's largest microfinance institutions.

The event, titled "Unveiling The Vision: A Transformative Journey With Quality Assurance," featured the award of cash and certificates to 34 employees for their contributions.

The conference aimed to foster unity among employees from the merged institutions, boost morale and align working practices. The program was conducted by Mr. Sajal Khadka, Deputy Chief Executive Officer.
