Merger between NRN Laghubitta, Creative Laghubitta and Rama Roshan Laghubitta successfully completed; join operations from tomorrow

NRN Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has announced the completion of merger process with two other microfinance companies.

NRN Laghubitta was in the process of merger with Creative Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited and Rama Roshan Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited. The company has announced the completion of merger process to form a ‘D’ class national level microfinance company under the name NRN Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited.

The joint transaction of the merged organization will convene from Bhadra 24, 2076 i.e. tomorrow. The company is yet to issue its shares to the general public.
