Mirmire Laghubitta Acquired Buddha Jyoti Lagubitta 91,200 Unit Shares Listed in NEPSE For Trading

91,200 additional shares of Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited have been listed in NEPSE.

Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (MMFDB) had acquired Buddha Jyoti Lagubitta Bittiya Sanstha (BJLBSL) with a swap ratio of 100:76. Thus, the additional shares after the acquisition are now listed in NEPSE. BJLBSL total listed shares were 120,000 units.

After a successful acquisition of Buddha Jyoti Lagubitta, MMFDB has commenced the joint transaction in the name of Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MMFDB) from Bhadra 15, 2079. The joint acquisition of the two microfinance organizations was approved by the central bank on Bhadra 6.
