Mirmire Laghubitta Acquires Buddha Jyoti Laghubitta; Consolidated Business to Start from Bhadra 15

This article follows the announcement announcing the start of consolidated operations under the name of Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MMFDB) following MMFDB's acquisition of Buddha Jyoti Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (BJLBSL).

The joint acquisition of the two microfinance organizations was approved by the central bank on Bhadra 6. Customers, shareholder dignitaries, regulatory bodies, and all stakeholders are informed that the consolidated business will begin operations on Wednesday, Bhadra 15, under the name Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited.

The company further announces that all of this financial institution's offices will be shuttered on the day the consolidated operation begins. Following the acquisition, Mirmire Lagbitta's main office will be situated at Banepa Municipality Ward No. 8.

The last trading price of MMFDB is Rs. 1,069 as of 26th August 2022.
