Mirmire Laghubitta (MMFDB) Calls AGM; What are the Agendas?

Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MMFDB) has called its 10th AGM on Chaitra 18, i.e. March 31. The AGM will be held in Panchakanya Banquet, Banepabazar, Kavrepalanchowk, starting at 11 am that day.

Among other proposals, the AGM will endorse the dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The company has proposed a 9.2% bonus shares and 0.48% cash dividend.

Furthermore, the AGM will also incorporate the calls in advance kept by promoters of Sweda Laghubitta during acquisition into the promoters' paid-up capital amount. Also, the AGM will also propose the decision to adjust the promoter and public shareholding ratio by issuing a premium FPO.

The book closure date is declared on Chaitra 08. Thus, investors maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend and can also attend the AGM. Books will be closed from Chaitra 08 to Chaitra 18.
