Miteri Development Bank And Chilime Hydopower Distributed Bonus Shares Directly To Shareholders' DEMAT Account

Miteri Development Bank Limited (MDB) has distributed a 9.50% bonus share directly to the DEMAT accounts of its shareholders and has urged them to dematerialize their shares.
The company convened its 18th AGM on 14th Poush, 2080, and endorsed a 10% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. 9.50% bonus shares and a 0.5% cash dividend (tax purposes) were proposed from the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.01 Arba. The same bonus shares are now deposited in Demat accounts.
Also, the company has urged the shareholders to dematerialize their shares, if they haven't updated their bank information in the Demat account are requested to do so to receive the bonus share.
Note that the bonus shares are already listed in NEPSE.
As of writing, MDB has an LTP of Rs. 391.00.
Similarly, Chilime Hydro Power Company Limited (CHCL) has distributed a 10% bonus share directly to the DEMAT accounts of its shareholders and has urged them to dematerialize their shares.
The company convened its 27th AGM on Poush 20, 2080, and endorsed a 15% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. 10% bonus shares worth Rs. 72.58 Crores and a 5% cash dividend (tax purposes) worth Rs. 36.29 Crores were proposed from the paid-up capital of Rs. 7.25 Arba. The same bonus shares are now deposited in Demat accounts.
Also, the company has urged the shareholders to dematerialize their shares, if they haven't updated their bank information in the Demat account are requested to do so to receive the bonus share.
Note that the bonus shares are already listed in NEPSE.
