Mithila Laghubitta allots 50% right shares issued to the shareholders; remaining 21,463 units to be auctioned soon

Mithila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (MLBBL) has published a notice regarding the allotment of the right shares issued by the microfinance company for the existing shareholders.

MLBBL was issuing 329,889.69 units as 50% right shares for the shareholders from Magh 17, 2075 to Falgun 29, 2075. Shareholders holding shares of the company till Poush 30, 2075 were eligible to apply for the offered right shares.

BOK Capital Market Limited had been appointed as the issue manager for the issue. As per the issue manager, out of the total right shares issued, 308,427 units of shares have been allotted to the existing shareholders and remaining 21,462.69 units of shares will be auctioned.

The allotment of these shares was done on Chaitra 25, 2075.

The microfinance company has also announced 10.45% bonus shares for the FY 2074/75. After the adjustment of 50% right shares and 10.45% bonus shares, the paid-up capital of MLBBL will reach Rs.10.59 Crore.
