Mithila Laghubitta (MLBBL) Calls AGM; When's the Book Closure for 12.63% Dividend?

Mithila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MLBBL) has called its 12th AGM on Chaitra 29. The AGM will be held in Hotel Raj Durbar & Navrang Resort, Janakpur, starting at 11 am that day.
Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 12.63% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.
The 206th meeting of the board of directors held on Falgun 23 has decided to distribute 12% bonus shares and 0.63% cash dividend for the fiscal year. Since the paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 12,17,40,842, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 1,46,08,901 and the cash dividend is worth Rs. 7,68,889.53.
Furthermore, the AGM will also elect a female board member representing the general investors.
The book closure date is declared on Chaitra 17. Thus, investors maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend and can also attend the AGM. As of writing, MLBBL has the last trading day's closing at Rs. 1,580.
