Mountain Energy Nepal Profit Rises By Massive 445.94% in Q4; NetWorth Stands at Rs 151.39

Mountain Energy Nepal Ltd in its fourth-quarter reports a profit (after tax) of Rs. 61.11 Crores. In this quarter, the profit has increased by an outstanding margin of 445.94%. In the previous corresponding quarter, the profit was Rs. 11.1 crores.
Revenue from sale of electricity is generated by Tadi Khola Project (5 MW) and Mistri Khola Project (42 MW). Tadi Khola Project invoiced Rs. 15.6 Crores and Mistri Khola Project invoiced Rs. 1.077 Arba up to Asadh end 2079, to Nepal Electricity Authority as per the terms of PPA.
Similarly, in this quarter the operating profit has increased by 541.03% to Rs. 86.6 crores from Rs. 13.5 crores of the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
The paid-up capital of the company stood at Rs. 1.96 Arba and its retained earnings stood increased from Rs. 40.5 Crores to Rs. 1.01 Arba in this quarter. At this capital, the annualized EPS of the company stands at Rs. 31.05. The net worth per share is Rs. 151.39. The current P/E ratio of the company is Rs. 25.25
