Mountain Energy Nepal Limited (MEN) has proposed a 15.7895% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80.
The 106th meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 22 has proposed a 15.7895% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. 15% bonus shares and 0.7895% cash dividends (for tax purposes) have been proposed.
The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the Electricity Regulatory Commission and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.
MEN closed at Rs. 686.30 yesterday.
