Mountain Hydro Nepal (MHNL) Calls AGM on 23rd Poush; What are the Agendas?

Mountain Hydro Nepal Limited (MHNL) has called its 8th AGM on 23rd Poush, 2080. The meeting will be held in the Kalimati Banquet, Kalimati, Kathmandu, starting at 10:00 am that day.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorse the annual report of the fiscal year 2079/80.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PNL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor and determination of their remuneration for the fiscal year 2080/81.
4) To acquire any other hydropower project.
5) To issue the right shares.
6) To discuss regarding the director's allowance and other facilities
7) Miscellaneous.
The book closure date is from Poush 13 to Poush 23. Thus, the shareholders maintained before that day can attend the AGM.
The LTP of MHNL as of yesterday's closing is Rs. 225.50.
