Muktinath Bikas Bank appoints Sanima Capital as issue manager to float 12.50 lakh debenture; another investment vehicle to be available soon for investors with low-risk appetite

Muktinath Bikas Bank has appointed Sanima Capital as issue manager to float its 12.50 lakh unit debentures worth Rs 1000 each.

Out of the total debentures, the development bank will issue 7.50 lakh unit debentures through a private placement procedure while the remaining 5 lakh unit debentures will be floated to general investors.

The agreement regarding the same was signed between the CEO of the merchant bank Mr. Bishma Raj Chalise and the CEO of the development bank Mr. Pradhyuman Pokharel amid a program, as per the media statement.
