Muktinath Bikas Bank Launches "Muktinath FAIDA App" to Enhance Digital Banking Services
Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited has launched the Muktinath FAIDA App (Financial Access in Digital Application), enhancing its mobile banking services to promote digital payments.
The app offers a universal digital banking approach, allowing users to securely perform banking tasks from home. Features include setting security questions to prevent unauthorized access, seamless transactions using a single password across mobile and web platforms, and advanced security for device identification.
Additional features include bill payments, ATM card renewal, e-commerce activation, foreign exchange rate updates, transaction claims, complaints and suggestions submission, checkbook requests, and personal financial management tools like income and expense graphs.
Furthermore, the bank is set to offer units of Nepal's first mutual investment fund, Muktinath Mutual Fund, promoted by Muktinath Development Bank and managed by Muktinath Capital, through a public issue in Mangsir.
