Muktinath Capital Limited Holds 15th Annual General Meeting, Approves 7.5% Cash Dividend

The 15th annual general meeting of Muktinath Capital Limited, held on 11th Ashwin 2081 (27th September 2024) at Siddharth Boutique Hotel, Kathmandu, was chaired by Mr. Samir Shekhar Bajracharya. The meeting approved the balance sheet, auditor's report, profit and loss account, cash flow statement, and related schedules for the fiscal year 2080/81.

A proposal to distribute a 7.5% cash dividend (including tax) of the paid-up capital to shareholders was also passed. Additionally, Nagarkoti Susan and Associates were appointed as auditors for the fiscal year 2081/82, and amendments to the company's regulations were approved.
