Muktinath Capital Limited Proposes 7.50% Cash Dividend for FY 2080/81; AGM To Be Convened on Ashwin 11

Muktinath Capital Limited has called its 15th AGM on 11th Ashwin, 2081. The meeting will be held in Siddhartha Boutique Hotel, Boudha, Kathmandu, starting at 4:00 PM that day.
The main agendas of the meeting include:
1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2080/81.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, Balance Sheets, Financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Endorsement of a 7.50% cash dividend including applicable taxes which has been proposed by the board of directors.
4) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82.
5) To approve the appointment of the directors.
6) Miscellaneous.
