Muktinath Krishi Company Concludes 5th AGM; Elects New Directors

Muktinath Krishi Company recently concluded its 5th Annual General Meeting at the Events and Conference Center in Kathmandu on the 25th day of Poush, 2080. During this event, the company's Chairman, Bharat Raj Dhakal, presented the report of the operational committee for the fiscal year 2079/2080. The company secretary, Ramsharan Timalsina, also provided insights into the strategic initiatives planned for the upcoming years.
In the meeting, the new board of directors was elected for the company. The selections included Bharat Raj Dhakal, Sitaram Kafle, and Tulsiram Dhakal from the founder's side, Govinda Bahadur Raut from Muktinath Bikas Bank, and Chiranjivi Aryal representing the general public. Furthermore, a separate session held on the 26th day of Poush saw the appointment of Sitaram Kafle as the Chairman. Additionally, Bharat Raj Dhakal was chosen to serve as the Managing Director for a four-year term.
The company's Muktinath Campaign involves stakeholders, such as farmers and consumers, aiming to foster sustainable growth in the sector.
