Muktinath Krishi Company (MKCL) Calls 6th AGM on Poush 26; What are the Agendas?

Muktinath Krishi Company Limited (MKCL) has called its 6th AGM 26th Poush, 2081. The meeting will be held in the Yeti Party Palace, Basundhara, Kathmandu, starting at 1 PM that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of the company's annual report.
2) Endorse the auditor's report for 2080/81 with PNL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Appointment of the auditor and determination of their remuneration for the fiscal year 2081/82.
4) Elect an independent director and a director from the public shareholding group.
5) Identify the appropriate company for acquisition with Muktinath Krishi Company.
