“Muktinath Mutual Fund 1” Listed on Nepal Stock Exchange

The first mutual fund promoted by Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited, “Muktinath Mutual Fund 1,” managed by Muktinath Capital Limited, has been officially listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) as of Poush 22, 2081 (January 6, 2025). The mutual fund comprises 12.5 crore units at a face value of Rs. 10 each, including a 15% seed capital contribution.

During a signing ceremony, Krishna Bahadur Karki, Director and CEO of NEPSE, and Kabindra Dhoj Joshi, CEO of Muktinath Capital, formalized the listing agreement, marking a significant milestone for Nepal's investment landscape.
