Multipurpose Finance Company Limited Holds 27th Annual General Meeting

The 27th AGM of Multipurpose Finance Company Limited (MPFL) was held in Rajbiraj, Saptari, chaired by Chandan Agrawal. The meeting approved the annual financial statement for FY 2080/81, including the profit and loss account, cash flow statement, and the appointment of auditors along with their remuneration.

The company has purchased land near Janakpur to build its own office and is expanding its business by adding two new branches, including one in Kaudena village and Godaita municipality of Sarlahi district. The meeting was attended by board members, the CEO, the company secretary, shareholders, and employees.
