Multipurpose Finance Company Unveils Book Closure Date And Call 26th AGM On 18th Falgun

Multipurpose Finance Company Limited (MPFL) has unveiled the book closure date and has called the 26th AGM.

The 425th board of directors meeting held on Magh 22, 2080 decided to call the 26th AGM on 18th Falgun, 2080. The meeting will be held in the Company's Register Office, Rajbiraj, starting at 1:00 pm that day.

The finance company has not proposed any dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. The current paid-up capital of the bank is Rs. 61.02 Crore.

Falgun 6 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that are entitled to attend the AGM.
