Multipurpose Finance Company Limited (MPFL) has unveiled the book closure date and has called the 27th AGM.
The 437th board of directors meeting held on Mangsir 27, 2081 decided to call the 27th AGM on 28th Poush, 2081. The meeting will be held in the Company's Register Office, Rajbiraj, starting at 11:00 am that day.
The finance company has not proposed any dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81. The current paid-up capital of the bank is Rs. 61.02 Crore.
Poush 11 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that are entitled to attend the AGM.
As of writing, MPFL closed at Rs. 740.00.
