Mutual Funds of Siddhartha Capital Report Fall in NAV for the Month of Bhadra

Siddhartha Equity Fund (SEF), a closed-end 10-year mutual fund, managed by Siddhartha Capital Limited has reported a loss in its net asset value (NAV) for the month of Bhadra.

According to the financial report published, the mutual fund scheme’s NAV stands at Rs.9.62 as of Bhadra end, 2080 which was Rs. 10.34 in the previous month.

The scheme which began with a total fund of Rs. 1.50 Arba has invested Rs. 1.13 Arba in the listed shares and Rs. 1.29 crores in public issues, right shares, and bonus shares. The scheme has invested Rs. 6.54 crore in bond and debenture and Rs. 9 crore in FDs.

This scheme has Rs. 14.14 crores in the bank balance. SEF has posted a net loss of Rs. 6.22 Crores till the month of Bhadra. In the month before, the net loss was Rs. 2.86 Crores.

Siddhartha Systematic Investment Scheme (SSIS) has also unveiled its NAV report. This is an open-end fund that can't be traded in NEPSE. The fund has no maturity period.

SSIS has a fund size of Rs. 50.09 crores for the month of Bhadra. The fund has reported a fall in its NAV of Rs. 8.83 in Bhadra. In the month before that, the NAV was Rs. 8.96.

The fund has invested Rs. 29.62 crore in listed shares and Rs. 76.37 lakhs in public issues. The fund has Rs. 4 crore in FDs and Rs. 2.19 crore in bonds and debentures. The fund has Rs. 7.53 crores in bank balance.

The fund saw a loss of Rs. 80.08 lakhs in the month of Bhadra. In the previous month, it was at a loss of Rs. 17.29 lakhs.

Siddhartha Investment Growth Scheme 2 (SIGS2), a closed-end 10-year mutual fund, managed by Siddhartha Capital Limited has also reported a loss in its net asset value (NAV) for the month of Bhadra.

According to the financial report published, the mutual fund scheme’s NAV stands at Rs. 9.59 as of Bhadra's end, 2080 which was Rs. 10.47 in the previous month.

The scheme which began with a total fund of Rs. 1.20 Arba has invested Rs. 93.16 crores in the listed shares and Rs. 1.07 Crores in public issues, right shares, and bonus shares. The scheme has invested Rs. 2.64 crores in bond and debenture and Rs. 8.3 crores in FDs. This scheme has Rs. 9.77 crores in the bank balance.

SIGS2 has also posted a net loss of Rs. 5.49 crores for the month of Bhadra. The net loss was Rs. 2.73 crores in the month before that.

The NAV stands at Rs. 10.12 in Bhadra which was Rs. 10.27 in the previous month. The fund size stands at Rs. 80.58 Crores. It has invested Rs. 42.34 crore in listed shares and Rs. 64.32 lakhs in public issues. The fund has Rs. 12 crores in FDs and Rs. 85.60 lakhs in bonds and debentures. The fund has Rs. 25.55 crores in bank balance.

SIGS3 has reported a net loss of Rs. 1.57 Crores in Bhadra. In the month before, the net loss was Rs. 35.44 Lakhs.
