Nabil Bank and Muktinath Krishi Company Sign Agreement to Promote Agricultural Development
Nabil Bank Limited (NABIL) and Muktinath Krishi Company Limited (MKCL) have signed an agreement to promote agriculture, focusing on research, development, infrastructure, mechanization, and entrepreneurship among small farmers.
The agreement, signed by Nabil Bank's CEO Gyanendra Prasad Dhungana, Senior Deputy CEO Sujit Kumar Shakya, and Muktinath Krishi Company's Managing Director Bharat Raj Dhakal, aims to enhance access to financial and non-financial services for customers. It supports green financing and agricultural projects by expanding market reach and increasing investment capacity.
Muktinath Krishi Company will provide training, advisory services, and support for food literacy. This partnership aligns with Nabil Bank's commitment to sustainable banking and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, emphasizing the importance of agriculture in Nepal's economy.
