Nabil Bank To Float 3 Arba worth Debenture; Appoints Kumari Capital As Issue Manager

Nabil Bank has appointed Kumari Capital as the issue manager to float its Rs 3 Arba worth Nabil Debenture 2087 to the general public as well as institutional investors.
The MoU was signed between CEO of the bank Mr. Gyanendra Prasad Dhungana and the Acting CEO of the merchant bank Mr. Puspa Sharma amid a program.
The bank currently has 255 branches and 18 extension counters across the nation.
