Nabil Bank Unveils Book Closure Date for its 10% Cash Dividend; Calls AGM on Mangsir 27

Nabil Bank Limited (NABIL) has called its 40th AGM on 27th Mangsir, 2081. The book closure date is on Mangsir 10. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend this AGM.
Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 10% cash dividend for FY 2080/81. The 668th meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 13, 2081 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 27.05 Arba. A 10% cash dividend (including tax) has been proposed.
