Nabil Flexi Cap Fund (NFCF) and Nabil Balanced Fund - 2 (NBF2) have announced their dividends for the fiscal year 2080/81.
The 113th meeting of the board of directors of Nabil Investment Banking Limited held on Bhadra 25 has decided to distribute a 5% dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 3.12 Crore to Nabil Flexi Cap Fund (NFCF) and an 8% cash dividend (including tax) to the unitholders of Nabil Balanced Fund - 2 (NBF2) for the fiscal year 2080/81.
Nabil Flexi Cap Fund (NFCF) is an open-ended fund, while Nabil Balanced Fund - 2 (NBF2) is a closed-end mutual fund with a 10-year maturity period. Both funds are sponsored by Nabil Bank Limited and managed by Nabil Investment Banking Limited.
For Ashadh, the Net Asset Value (NAV) of NBF2 is reported at Rs. 10.84, compared to its previous closing at Rs. 9.90. Similarly, the NAV of NFCF stands at Rs. 10.64.
Today is the last day to grab the 5% cash dividend of Nabil Flexi Cap Fund (NFCF). The book closure date for NFCF dividend eligibility is 26th Bhadra. Thus, unit holders maintained till the 25th Bhadra are entitled to the dividend payout.
For NBF2, the book closure date is 11th Ashwin. Thus, unit holders maintained till the 10th Ashwin are entitled to the dividend payout.
