Nabil Investment Banking and Nepal Bangladesh Capital Commencing Joint Operation From Poush 01

Nabil Investment Banking Limited and Nepal Bangladesh Capital Limited have successfully completed the acquisition process.
According to the decision of the meeting of the committee held on Mangsir 27, 2079, Nabil Investment Banking and Nepal Bangladesh Capital will begin the joint transaction from Poush 01, 2079, under the name Nabil Investment Banking Limited.
The companies received the final approval for the acquisition on 2079/08/26. Earlier, both companies had called their respective SGM to endorse a share swap ratio of 1: 0.27 for the merger.
