Nabil Investment Banking Appointed as Sales and Issue Manager for Shree Lumbini Ceramics' Public Offering

Shree Lumbini Ceramics Limited has planned to issue shares to the public and has designated Nabil Investment Banking Limited as the issue and sales manager.

The company is renowned for producing Laminar Tiles, Nepal's first fully vitrified tiles, which meet global quality standards and come in various designs. Their manufacturing facility in Gulariya, Bardiya spans 12.5 bighas and is crucial for producing these high-quality tiles.

An official agreement was signed between Shree Lumbini Ceramics’ Director Shyam Sundar Khetan and Nabil Investment CEO Manish Narayan Joshi to mark the public offering's progress.

The company plans to use the funds raised from the public offering to expand operations and improve production quality, strengthening its position in Nepal and enabling international expansion. The offering presents an attractive investment opportunity as the demand for premium ceramics continues to grow.
