Narayani Development Bank Limited (NABBC) has called its Special Gneral Meeting (SGM) on 8th Ashad, 2079. The meeting will be held in Hotal Pauwa (Hotel Star Chitwan), Ratnanagar-1, Tadi, Chitwan.
These are the agendas of the SGM:
1) To endorse 1:1 (100%) right shares worth Rs.26,24,67,600 to make its paid up capital to Rs 52,49,35,200.
2) To amend Memorandum of Association.
3) Miscellaneous.
Jestha 30 is the book closure date. Thus, the shareholders maintained before that day are eligible to attend this SGM.
