Narayani Development Bank (NABBC) Auctioning Its Shares From Today
Narayani Development Bank Limited (NABBC) is auctioning its promoter and ordinary rights shares.
The company had opened its rights offering from Magh 13 to Falgun 03. 15,974 promoter rights shares and 6,583 ordinary rights shares (including 116 unclaimed shares in the previous 2: 1 rights offering) were unclaimed by eligible investors. The company is auctioned the same unclaimed rights shares.
The auction will open from today, i.e. 3rd Chaitra and close on 10th Chaitra. Rs. 100 is the minimum bid rate and 100 is the minimum bid quantity. Bidders can bid for the entirety of shares. However, they are required to abide by Nepal Rastra Bank's rule to not exceed the specified quantity of shares per entity.
All individuals, institutions, and companies are eligible to bid for the auction. Global IME Capital is the auction manager for this auction.
