National Banking Institute to convene 11th AGM on Kartik 7, 2076; to endorse 5% cash dividend

The 122nd BOD meeting of National Banking Institute Limited has decided that the 11th AGM of the company will be held on Kartik 7, 2076 at Alice Receptions, Gairidhara from 11 AM onwards.
The agenda of the AGM is to endorse audited financial highlights of FY 75/76 and appoint statutory auditor for FY 76/77. The AGM will also endorse decision to distribute 5% bonus shares out of the profits of FY 75/76 for the shareholders.
The AGM will also elect and appoint one independent director.
