National Hydro Power Company (NHPC) Calls AGM; What are the Agendas?

National Hydro Power Company Limited (NHPC) has called its 24th AGM on 27th Chaitra, 2077. The AGM will be held in Delish Opera Resort and Banquet in Baluwatar, Kathmandu. The AGM will commence at 11 am that day.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
a) Discuss and endorse the report for FY 2076/77.
b) Appointment of auditor for FY 2077/78 and approval of compensation.
c) Endorsement of the decision made by BOD regarding the corporate guarantee of loan taken by Lower Irkhuwa Hydropower Project.
d) Miscellaneous.
The book closure date is declared on Chaitra 13. Thus, investors maintained before that day can attend the AGM. Books will be closed from Chaitra 13 to Chaitra 27.
