National Life Insurance Company convenes 33rd AGM; endorses 19% bonus shares for its shareholders with election of new board

National Life Insurance Company has convened its 33rd AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman Ms. Prema Singh on Falgun 29, 2078.
Apart from regular financial reports, AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 19% bonus shares and cash dividend worth Rs 3.39 crore for taxation purposes, as per the media statement.
AGM also elected Ms. Prema Rajya Laxmi Singh, Mr. Pawan Bahadur Pande, and Mr. Kushal Mali as the directors from the promoter group while Ms. Bhawani Rana and Mr. Kuldip Sharan Singh as directors from the public shareholder group, as per the media statement.
The life insurance company had raised Rs 926.74 crore as premium, raised an insurance fund of Rs 3,346 crore, investment figure of Rs 3,185 crore during the review period, and has paid-up value of Rs 4.03 arba so far, as per the media statement.
