National Life Insurance Company convenes its 35th AGM; proposes 8% bonus shares and 6.5% cash dividend

National Life Insurance Company has convened its 35^th AGM under the leadership of its chairman Ms. Prema Singh on Jestha 22, 2080.

The AGM has endorsed the bonus shares of 8% and 6.5% cash dividend as well as Rs 1.95 crore worth of additional cash dividend for taxation purposes. The paid-up capital of the company will scale up to Rs 5.01 arba after the capitalization of the bonus shares.

The life insurance company had raised a premium of Rs 1440.76 crore, life insurance fund stood at Rs 5880.42 crore, total investment increased to Rs 4703.92 crore during the review period, as per the media statement.
