National Microfinance Laghubitta Proposes 15% Dividend for FY 2079/80; How Much in Bonus Shares and Cash?

National Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NMFBS) has proposed a 15% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80.
The 163rd board of directors meeting on Magh 22 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.08 Arba. 7.5% bonus shares and 7.5% cash dividend (tax purposes) have been proposed. Thus, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 16.26 crores, and the cash dividend is worth Rs. 16.26 crores.
The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the central bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.
NMFBS closed at Rs. 1,111.00 yesterday.
