NAV Rises, Profit Jumps for All Five Mutual Funds of NIC Asia Capital in Ashad

NIC Asia Balanced Fund (NICBF) a 10-year close-end mutual fund scheme managed by NIC Asia Capital has published financial highlights for the month of Ashad. The NAV for the period is Rs. 11.28 which was Rs. 10.96 a month ago.
The scheme began with a fund size of Rs. 75.50 crores including seed capital from the fund sponsor. The scheme has invested Rs. 39.22 crores in shares of listed companies and Rs. 21.77 crores in debentures. Rs. 50.98 lakhs are invested in non-listed shares while the bank balance stands at Rs. 22.16 crores.
The fund is at a profit of Rs. 9.21 crores in Ashad. In the previous month, it was at a net profit of Rs. 6.76 crores.
Similarly, the NAV report of "NIC Asia Dynamic Debt Fund (NADDF)" has also been unveiled. This is an open-end fund and has no fixed maturity period. The total size of the fund is Rs 55.11 crores for the month of Ashad.
The fund has invested Rs. 12.12 crores in listed shares and a little over Rs. 33.92 lakhs in non-listed shares. While it has invested about Rs. 31.53 crores in listed debentures, Rs. 5.2 crores of the fund is kept as fixed deposits. The fund has over Rs. 10.89 crores in bank deposits.
The NAV of the fund in Ashad stands at Rs. 11.10. In the earlier month, it was Rs. 10.83. The fund is at a profit of Rs. 5.28 crores in Ashad. In the month before that, the profit was Rs. 3.79 crores.
NIC Asia Growth Fund (NICGF) is a closed-end fund scheme that has a maturity period of 7 years. The fund has published its monthly NAV report with its NAV reported at Rs. 11.98 for the month of Ashad, 2080. The NAV stood at Rs. 11.61 in the previous month.
The scheme which began with a fund size of Rs. 83.52 crores has invested Rs. 58.29 crores in the shares of listed companies and Rs. 45.93 lakhs in non-listed companies. It has invested Rs. 7 crores in fixed deposit schemes. This scheme has Rs. 25.37 crores as bank balance and Rs 8.37 crores in debentures.

NIC Asia Select-30 (NICSF) has also unveiled its NAV report. This is a closed-end mutual fund with a maturity period of 7 years. The scheme began with a fund size of Rs. 1.25 Arba.
The NAV of the fund stands at Rs. 10.74 in Ashad which was Rs. 10.43 in the earlier month. The fund has invested Rs. 59.73 crore in listed shares and Rs. 4.41 Crore in non-listed shares. The fund has Rs. 12.50 crores as fixed deposits and Rs. 60.04 crores in the bank. Meanwhile, it has other assets worth Rs. 6.5 lakhs.
The fund is at a profit of Rs. 4.18 crores in Ashad. In the month before that, it was at a loss of Rs. 34.77 lakhs.
The NAV report of "NIC Asia Flexi Cap Fund" has also been unveiled. NIC Asia Flexi Cap Fund has a fund size of Rs. 1.02 Arba.
The NAV stands at Rs. 10.67 in Ashad which was Rs. 10.37 in the previous month. The fund has invested Rs. 61.09 crore in listed shares, Rs. 3.41 crore in non-listed shares, and Rs. 3 crore in fixed deposits. The fund has Rs. 39.02 crores in the bank and other assets worth Rs. 1.69 crores.
The fund is at a net profit of Rs. 7.65 crores in Ashad which previously was at a profit of Rs. 4.59 crores in the month before that.
