NBL Auctioning 4,68,828 Promoter Shares of Citizen Investment Trust (CIT) from Today
Nepal Bank Limited (NBL) is auctioning the promoter shares of Citizen Investment Trust (CIT).
The auction will open from today, i.e. 3rd Chaitra and conclude on 17th Chaitra, 2077. A total of 4,68,828 promoter shares of CIT will be auctioned. Only banks and financial institutions and insurance companies can all bid for the auction.
While the minimum bid quantity is 100 units for the auction, there is no upper limit. Although bidders can bid for the entirety of the issue, they are required to abide by Nepal Rastra Bank's rule to not exceed the specified quantity of shares per entity.
The minimum bid rate is Rs. 1,502.5. Bids will be opened at 3 pm in NIBL Ace Capital, the auction manager, on Chaitra 18th.
