NC Agrotech Partners with Global IME Capital for Public Offering

NC Agrotech Industries Limited has appointed Global IME Capital Limited as the issue and sales manager for its public offering of 1,800,000 ordinary shares, each with a nominal value of NPR 100. The agreement was signed on March 16, 2025.

The company, which started its operations in November 2018, is based in Kathmandu and specializes in mushroom production and related products like capsules, dried mushrooms, and compost.

They focus on using indigenous materials to produce fresh mushrooms and contribute to agricultural self-sufficiency in Nepal. The company also promotes bamboo-based products and environmentally friendly practices.
