NCC Bank brings "10.5% NCC Debentures 2086"; Nabil Investment Banking appointed as issue manager

Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank (NCCB) is bringing "10.5% NCC Debentures 2086" to the market. The debentures are worth Rs 3 arba offering 10.50% interest. A total of 30 lakh units debentures will be offered, out of which 18 lakh units are seperated for private placement and remaining 12 lakh units for general public.

The bank has signed issue management deal on Mangsir 25, 2076 with Nabil Investment Banking. The agreement was signed by CEO Sabir Bade on behalf of Nabil Investment Bank and CEO Ramesh Raj Aryal on behalf of NCC Bank.
