Ncell opens new Ncell Centre at TIA; aims to serve national and international travelers at only international airport

Ncell Axiata Limited has started providing service from its newly opened Ncell Centre in the arrival section of Tribhuwan International Airport. The new Centre has taken all safety measures for operation as per the government-mandated health and safety guidelines during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

The new Centre established in-line with the company’s brand promise Today, Tomorrow, Together, provides multiple customer services from a single touch-point giving customers a world-class customer service experience. Customers visiting the Centre can acquire all services, ranging from the general inquiry on products and services to SIM subscription to internet setting to various enterprise services. 

The Center also supports in the upgrading of their SIM cards to 4G, change of SIM and mobile number, modification of CUG numbers, biz plans, international roaming, bill payments, balance recharge, and transfer, among many other services.

Ncell believes that this new service outlet brought into operation in line with its endeavour to provide world-class quality service to valued customers will add a great value to travelers/customers landing in Kathmandu from abroad. The Centre provides customer service from 9 am to 5:30 pm, 7 days a week.

Ncell operates 32 Ncell Centers across the country as a part of the company’s effort to reach out to the customers and better cater to the need of the customers locally for enhancing the customer experience.
