Nepal and Vietnam Forge Agreement to Boost Trade and Investment
Nepal and Vietnam have reached an agreement to enhance cooperation in trade and investment promotion.
The Nepal Chamber of Commerce and the Vietnam Nepal Friendship Association will work together to boost bilateral investment and facilitate trade, focusing on key sectors such as agriculture, tourism, and trade.
Kamlesh Kumar Agrawal, President of the Nepal Chamber of Commerce, invited Vietnamese tourists to visit Lumbini, the birthplace of Buddha, and expressed readiness to assist in organizing tours for Buddhist delegations from Vietnam.
He also encouraged Vietnamese representatives to invest in agriculture, tourism, and industrial sectors, highlighting Nepal as a prime investment destination.
Tran Anh Tuan, President of the Vietnam-Nepal Friendship Association, expressed admiration for Nepal's natural beauty and a willingness to cooperate and explore investment opportunities.
