Nepal Bangladesh Bank Calls AGM to Endorse Dividend and Elect BOD; When's the Book Closure?

Nepal Bangladesh Bank Limited has called its 27th AGM on 2nd Mangsir, 2078. The meeting will be held in the bank's registered office in Kamaladi, Kathmandu, starting at 3 pm that day. The AGM will also be streamed via Zoom.
Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 15.5% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The 375th meeting of the board of directors held today has proposed 12% bonus shares and 3.5% cash dividend.
Furthermore, the AGM will also elect 3 board members from promoter and 3 from the public shareholders.
Kartik 15 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM. As of writing, NBB has an LTP of Rs. 420.50.
