Nepal Bank Limited Holds 65th AGM, Approves Financial Reports & Auditor Appointments

Nepal Bank Limited held its 65th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on March 19, 2025 (Chaitra 6, 2081) at Nepal APF Club, Halchok, Kathmandu, under the chairmanship of Chairman Mr. Than Prasad Pangeni. The AGM approved the financial reports for FY 2080/81, including the board’s annual report and the auditor’s report.

It also unanimously appointed three chartered accountants Mr. Pradeep Kumar Shrestha, Mr. Madhu Bir Pande, and Ms. Shristi Koirala as auditors for FY 2081/82. However, the election of three board members representing public shareholders was postponed due to an interim order issued by the Patan High Court on Chaitra 5, 2081.
