Nepal Bank to float 35 lakh unit debentures from Baisakh 22; 8.50% Nepal Bank Debenture 2087 to serve as secure investment vehicle for low-risk investors looking for consistent returns

Nepal Bank is opening its 8.50% Nepal Bank Debenture 2087 to the investors from Baisakh 22, 2078. The issue will be closed by Baisakh 26 at the earliest while by Jestha 5, 2078 at the latest.

Nabil Investment Banking has been appointed to work as the issue manager for this issue where a total of 35 lakh unit debentures worth Rs 1000 each will be floated. 21 lakh unit debentures worth Rs 2.10 arba has been set aside to be grabbed in private placement method, 15 thousand units have been set aside for mutual funds while 13.85 lakh unit debentures worth Rs 1.38 arba will be opened for the general public to grab.
