Nepal Bankers Association convenes its SGM; unanimously elects Mr. Sunil K.C. of NMB Bank as new chairman

Nepal Bankers Association concluded its Special General Meeting on Poush 27, 2079 where the association unanimously elected CEO of NMB Bank Mr. Sunil K.C. as the new chairman of the association.

CEO Mr. K.C., who has been serving NMB Bank since the year 2073, has three decades plus of working experience in the nation's banking sector.

The SGM has also elected Mr. Santosh Koirala, CEO of Machhapuchchhre Bank as the Deputy chair of the association for the next two years, as per the media statement.

The new working committee of the association also includes Mr. Gyanendra Prasad Dhungana as the ex-chairman, Mr. Ajaya Bikram Shah, Mr. Dipak Kumar Day, Mr. Krishna Bahadur Adhikari, Mr. Roshan Kumar Neupane, Mr. Sudesh Khaling, Mr. Suman Sharma as the members, and Mr. Ashok Shamsher JB Rana as the advisor, as per the media statement.
