Nepal Bitumen & Barrel Concludes Annual General Meeting, Highlights Growth and Strategic Vision

Nepal Bitumen & Barrel Industries Ltd. held its 33rd, 34th, and 35th Annual General Meeting on Falgun 6, 2080, with Managing Director Mr. Pradeep Kumar Shrestha presiding due to Chairman Mr. Prem Bahadur Shrestha's health reasons.

Shrestha addressed shareholders, highlighting sales growth in fiscal years 2077/78, 2078/79, and 2079/80. He discussed importing bulk bitumen from Indian Oil Corporation, expanding sales to Indian refineries, and establishing sales depots at border points for market outreach. Shrestha also outlined strategies for business partnerships, emphasized digital automation for improved production, and concluded by announcing the election of new directors and expressing gratitude to the team for their dedication.
